By capitalizing on its traditional values and its strong corporate culture, the company wishes to develop strongly the setting-up of its ranges. For it we search a Sales Manager operating on United KINGDOM area.

The post requires permanent movements over the country. It can be based any part of the territory

Task:

It is a position of operational direction ground, connected with the Sales Manager for Europe.

  • You manage, train, support, and advise a sales team of 4 salaried professional salesmen of the company which markets the various ranges of products through opticians network on the whole territories
  • You negotiate directly with major accounts and central purchasing departments
  • You assume with your team the development of the turnover (target of 2 millions € ),  the margin, the traffic and the fame.
  • You guarantee the realization of the fixed targets, the application of the trade policy, the respect for the values of the company and its image.
  • You watch the competitors policies

Requirements:

With a business school education,  you have necessarily (by training or work experience) the knowledge of the concerned business sector and the experience confirmed in the function.

• You have the knowledge of the sale ground in BtoB through opticians retailers
AND  the experience of the management  of sales team visiting these
customers

• You are a manager, a boss of your department, endowed with a strong working capacity
• You know perfectly how to reconcile Management and Passion
• You are enthusiast and wish to join a dynamic structure of passionate persons.
• You are fluent in English and can exchange in French.
